Prayer times can differ because of the selected calculation method, madhab, device or manual location, local convention, and any manual adjustments. Review those settings in Salam Time and follow the guidance of a trusted local mosque or religious authority.

When-in-use location is used to calculate prayer times, determine the Qibla direction, and identify the approximate city. You can deny or revoke access in iOS Settings and use a manual location where that option is available.

Check iOS notification permission, the per-prayer notification settings in Salam Time, Focus modes, Low Power Mode, system scheduling, and whether location was available when the schedule was prepared. iOS ultimately controls notification delivery.

Check your network connection, device volume, Silent Mode behavior, and Bluetooth or AirPlay output. Then try another reciter. Some audio requires an active network connection.

Yes. Quran playback supports background audio and can be controlled from the Lock Screen and Control Center when those controls are available.

Noor uses an optional on-device AI model. The one-time download is approximately 1.3 GB, so Wi-Fi and sufficient free device storage are recommended. After setup, prompts and generated responses are processed locally and Noor can work offline.

No. Noor is an AI tool, not a scholar, mufti, imam, or religious authority. AI can make mistakes. Verify religious answers with qualified scholars or a trusted local imam.

Yes. All features are free, there are no advertisements, and no essential feature is locked. Optional monthly subscriptions support development and provide only an appreciation badge.

Open the Settings app, select your Apple Account or name, choose Subscriptions, select Salam Time, then choose Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Open Salam Time, go to Support Salam Time, and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.

Purchases and refunds are managed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, and follow Apple’s instructions.

Salam Time has no account. Personal entries and settings are generally stored locally. Delete relevant entries in the app where controls exist, or uninstall Salam Time to remove locally stored app data, subject to iOS and backup behavior. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple Account settings.
